In Nigeria: Unillorin appoints New Vice Chancellor

Kwara: The management of University of Illorin located in the Kwara state capital has announced a new Vice Chancellor for the University, on Monday in the person of professor sulyman Age Abdulkareem.

His credentials is said to be very impressive and also a renowned academician.

According to the prochancellor and head of the governing body Dr Abdullahi Jibrin Oyekan who made the announcement in a press conference in the university, He said, the appointment takes effect from October 16th 2017.

This is because the five year tenure of the out going vice chancellor professor Abdulganyi Ambali would be due by 15th of October.

Campusgistars also found that the newly a appointed Vice Chancellor was appointed over other highly performing credential holders. His wealth of experience as a vice chancellor in a private faith based university Ali-Hikmah located in kwara state also which gave him an edge over others.
