After asking them series of questions, they obviously couldn't unravel what prompted them into that despicable act. Who should then be blamed? I also considered the fact that sexologists put the sexual drive of men to peak in the latter part of their teenage years (16-19) while the sexual drive in women peak in their late twenties.
