Houston students to get free meals this year against the effect of Harvey

Confirming this report the Houston independent school district responsible for 215,000 students on Wednesday said it has gotten approval from the U.S department of Agriculture and Texas department of Agriculture to allow application for free breakfast and lunch because of the storm Harvey. According to U.S News and World Report most of the city has been affected and the most hit areas are filled with working parents who would use their limited funds towards recovery efforts.
