Check your Admission status with JAMB today

In line with the regulations of the new jamb CAPS project, students can now visit the jamb website to check their admission status.


However some schools who are yet to release their admission list might show processing. We urge student to stay calm until the final list is released. Please don't panic if your status is not "admitted" bear in mind that there is still schools who are yet to conclude with even their first batch of list.

Follow the steps below to check for your status.

1. Visit jamb.org.ng/efacility preferably using a PC or chrome browser on mobile.
2. Login with the credentials( email and password) you created your jamb account with.
3. After successfully logging in, click on the options button ( the button with 3 dash) at the top of the page.
4. You'll see CAPS under the tag 'Admissions'. Click on it and you'll be taken to the CAPS page.
5. If the page only shows 'welcome', do not be discouraged. Just click on options on your mobile's browser and change the view of the page to 'desktop view'. This is why it's preferably to use a PC.
6. You'll see some options listed at the left-hand side. Click on 'Admission Status'.
7. It'll then bring your details.
If you've been admitted, you can either 'Accept admission' or 'Reject admission'.

If your school is yet to release admission list, it will read: "admission in progress, check back later" under the tag 'Admission Status'. In this case, you won't be able to click on the 'Accept admission' or 'Reject admission' button

Tension flares over the dismissal of LASU-ASUU Chairman

LASU Gate By Igboamalu Chimezie Nelson Lagos: some Lecturers of the Lagos States University(LASU) has expressed their views in the dismissal of 15 academic staff of the university which also includes the chairman of the Lagos State University ASUU Chairman. The University council had on 8 of September dismissed 15 staffs including (ASUU) chairman and his deputy, and two Non-Academic staff with two others and also demoted two academic staff. The University claimed Oyewumi collected 50,000 Naira from 2003 modular students in political science education in a sandwich program in order to process their result. Adeyemi-Suenu was also accused of altering the results of 12 students who was asked to withdraw by the University senate in the 2015/2016 academic year. Others where found to have neglected their duties on the training leave bond. Ebsu release post-UTME result for 2017/2018 Fresh students Application

Applicants can proceed to the University website www.Ebsu-edu.net to check for their results. The following steps can be followed to check applicant's result 1. Visit www.ebsu-edu.net 2. Click on 2017/2018 Post-UTME 3. Click on quick links and click on post-UTME 4. Enter Jamb registration number to generate result checking invoice 5.proceed to the bank to make payment 6. Request your etransact order number from the bank 7. Repeat the first 3 steps (1-3) 8. Insert your etransact order number 9. Insert your Jamb registration number and submit 10. You can now check your result.
