Students writing Exams ABUJA: The Federal Government of Nigeria has lifted the ban off the post unified tertiary examination known as post UTME formerly known as JAMB. Tension flares over the dismissal of LASU-ASUU Chairman

LASU Gate By Igboamalu Chimezie Nelson Lagos: some Lecturers of the Lagos States University(LASU) has expressed their views in the dismissal of 15 academic staff of the university which also includes the chairman of the Lagos State University ASUU Chairman. The University council had on 8 of September dismissed 15 staffs including (ASUU) chairman and his deputy, and two Non-Academic staff with two others and also demoted two academic staff. The University claimed Oyewumi collected 50,000 Naira from 2003 modular students in political science education in a sandwich program in order to process their result. Adeyemi-Suenu was also accused of altering the results of 12 students who was asked to withdraw by the University senate in the 2015/2016 academic year. Others where found to have neglected their duties on the training leave bond.
