Federal Ministry of Education: Invitation for Technical and Financial Bids For The Execution of 2017 Appropriation

Refence to our earlier advertisement placed in Daily sun Newspaper on Monday 21st and Thursday 31st August 2017, and Federal Tenders Journal editions on Monday 4th to Sunday 17th September 2017 in respect of invitation for Technical and Financial Bids; we wish to notify all prospective contractors about the following Amendments.

a. That "Evidence of Compliance with Financial Reporting Council (FRC) Act 2011 has been expunge"

b. That Tender fee has been reduced to  the sum of Ten Thousand Naira (10,000.00). Contractors that have paid  the sum of Twenty Thousand Naira (20,000,00) would be refunded the sum of (10,000) during opening of Technical Bid on presentation of original receipt for the payment of Twenty Thousand Naira(20,000.00)

c. Only the Technical bid documents would be opened on the deadline for submission (Wednesday 4th October 2017 by 12.00 noon) and only the financial bids of the successfully prequalified bidders will be invited and opened at later date while the financial bids of unsuccessful bidders should be returned to them unopened

Prospective contractors are advised to note the foregoing and comply accordingly. We apologise for the obvious inconvenience this would cause.

According to students who are members of the Parliament, Oyekan has committed a series of impeachable offence and impeaching him is a welcome development.
