Nigerian Goodwill Ambassadors gives hope to inmates

Nigeria goodwill Ambassador has decided to grace the inmates in Nigeria with a National Inmate Visitation project. It is an Outreach project of the Nigeria Goodwill Ambassador's Awards Organization, tagged "Nigerian Goodwill Ambassadors"

According to one of the good will Ambassadors Mr Frank Justice "The mission of this visitation is to encourage the inmates to stay strong and at same time remind them why they are there, we will also educate them on the danger of crimes.

He told Campusgistars that one of the mission of the goodwill Ambassadors is to source for international partners to enable them create ex convict rehabilitation centers across Nigeria.

Hence the organization seeks passionate volunteers to actualize its full potentials.

"The volunteers are to support the project with gifts, make themselves available for the visitation and stand as Nigerian Inmate Goodwill Ambassadors" He said.

Tension flares over the dismissal of LASU-ASUU Chairman

LASU Gate By Igboamalu Chimezie Nelson Lagos: some Lecturers of the Lagos States University(LASU) has expressed their views in the dismissal of 15 academic staff of the university which also includes the chairman of the Lagos State University ASUU Chairman. The University council had on 8 of September dismissed 15 staffs including (ASUU) chairman and his deputy, and two Non-Academic staff with two others and also demoted two academic staff. The University claimed Oyewumi collected 50,000 Naira from 2003 modular students in political science education in a sandwich program in order to process their result. Adeyemi-Suenu was also accused of altering the results of 12 students who was asked to withdraw by the University senate in the 2015/2016 academic year. Others where found to have neglected their duties on the training leave bond.
